Night at the Museum

Seeing as I had three days off work I thought I'd better at least visit one new place. With UBC just down the road I decided to go there and explore the Museum of Anthropology.

Walking around the University campus I almost felt like a student again and felt an urge to go and sit down in a lecture somewhere. But becoming a student again would mean having to take exams, write essays and LEARN things. My brain is no longer capable of learning and I'm far to lazy to study anyway.

The museum itself was interesting, with the tour I went on informing me of the history of the native people to British Columbia. A week later and I can't remember any of it. Just like a student.

Looking out to sea from UBC. The view from Derby University wasn't as nice as this

Apparently when the museum closes this giant wooden eagle comes alive. Probably to go and attack Keenie

No idea what's going on here. Should have paid more attention to the tour guide

We must steal this and race it around the streets of Vancouver

I've finally seen God

Silhouetted totem poles... probably

Don't know exactly what this is. Looks nice though

This is my house

The Rose Garden at UBC. Funny thing was, the next day when I was watching The 4400 at work one of the scenes was actually filmed here. Who would have thought?
